GTA 6 Fly Cheat: Can You Fly Without a Plane?
Flying like a superhero has never been a GTA cheat, but the series came close with jetpacks, sky dives and parachutes. Here is what we know for GTA 6.

Is there a fly cheat in GTA 6?
No GTA 6 cheat codes have been released, so there is no fly cheat either. GTA 6 comes out on Thursday 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A cheat that lets your character fly like a superhero has never been part of a main GTA game, but the series has found plenty of other ways to get you into the air.
Getting airborne in GTA V
GTA V had several cheats that came close to flying:
- Skyfall (SKYFALL) launched you high into the sky, so you could free-fall over the city.
- Parachute gave you a parachute, so you could glide down safely after a jump.
- Super jump (HOPTOIT) let you leap far higher than normal.
- Moon gravity (FLOATER) lowered gravity, so jumps and cars floated.
The jetpack in San Andreas
GTA San Andreas had the closest thing to a real fly cheat: ROCKETMAN gave you a jetpack. GTA V story mode never had one, but GTA Online later added a jetpack called the Thruster. Read more on our GTA 6 jetpack cheat page.
Flying in GTA 6
Rockstar has shown skydiving and base jumping as activities in GTA 6, so you will be able to throw yourself off high places. Whether there is a cheat to help with that is not known yet.
