GTA 6 Aimbot Cheat: What You Should Know
An aimbot is not a cheat code but a hack, and it does not exist for an unreleased game. The good news: GTA games already help you aim. Here is how.

Is there a GTA 6 aimbot?
No. An aimbot is not a cheat code that Rockstar Games puts in the game. It is a hack made by third parties that aims for you automatically. GTA 6 comes out on Thursday 19 November 2026, so no working aimbot can exist for it yet. Any download that claims to be one is fake and may be harmful.
GTA already helps you aim
The good news is that you probably do not need one. In GTA V, console players could choose between several targeting modes in the settings. With assisted aiming, the game locked your crosshair onto nearby enemies when you aimed. Free aim turned that help off for players who wanted more of a challenge. Expect GTA 6 to offer aiming options too, although Rockstar has not shared details yet.
The official cheat that comes closest
GTA V had a cheat that made aiming much easier without any hacks: DEADEYE slowed down time while you aimed, so you could pick off targets one by one. Read more on our slow motion aim cheat page. Combined with the all weapons cheat, it made most fights very easy.
Why you should avoid aimbot downloads
Aimbots and other hacks for online games break the rules, and in GTA Online players who used them risked a ban. For a game that is not out yet, an "aimbot" download can only be a scam. It might contain malware or try to steal your account details.
