Who are Real Dimez?
Real Dimez is a music duo in Grand Theft Auto VI, made up of Bae-Luxe and Roxy. They are among the eight characters Rockstar Games has officially introduced, and the only act in the list made up of two people.
They represent a very modern kind of fame: built as much on social media as on the music itself.
What Rockstar has revealed
Old friends
Bae-Luxe and Roxy are old friends who formed Real Dimez together. Their friendship is part of what makes the duo work.
A strong social media presence
According to Rockstar, Real Dimez have a key social media presence that brings in fans. In a game that satirises a world where everything is filmed and shared, that is a fitting detail.
An early hit
The duo already scored an early hit single together with a local rapper called DWNPLY. Now they are hoping to repeat that success.
Signed to Only Raw Records
Real Dimez have signed with Only Raw Records, the Vice City label and studio co-founded by Boobie Ike. Producer Dre'Quan Priest, who works at the studio, is especially proud of bringing them in.
Their connections
- Boobie Ike: co-founder of Only Raw Records, the label they signed with.
- Dre'Quan Priest: the producer who signed them and is pleased with himself for doing so.
Together with Boobie and Dre'Quan, Real Dimez make up the music side of GTA 6's officially introduced cast.
Social media and satire
From the very first trailer, GTA 6 has leaned into the look and feel of social media: short clips, phone footage and viral moments. Real Dimez fit right into that. Their success depends on followers and attention as much as on talent, which gives Rockstar plenty of room for its trademark satire about online fame.
What role could Real Dimez play?
Rockstar has not revealed how Real Dimez are involved in Jason and Lucia's story. Characters from the music scene could appear in missions, at events or simply as part of Vice City's nightlife. For now, anything beyond the official description is speculation, and we will update this guide with confirmed details only.
Music in GTA 6
With a record label, a producer and a music duo among the eight introduced characters, music is clearly part of GTA 6's identity. Rockstar has also announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, a collection of 34 original tracks set for release on the same day as the game. Whether Real Dimez will be heard on in-game radio or the album has not been confirmed.
Where did Real Dimez appear?
Real Dimez were introduced with the expanded character profiles on the official GTA 6 website around the release of the second trailer in May 2025.
