GTA 6 Cheats for PS4: Can You Use Them?
GTA 6 is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only, so there are no PS4 cheats. Here is what PS4 players should know.

Are there GTA 6 cheats for PS4?
No, because GTA 6 is not coming to PS4. Rockstar Games has announced GTA 6 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only, with a release on Thursday 19 November 2026. A PS4 version has not been announced, so there are no PS4 cheats.
Why GTA 6 skips the PS4
GTA 6 is built for the current generation of consoles. The PS4 came out in 2013, and running a game of this size on older hardware would mean big compromises. Rockstar has not announced any plans for a PS4 version.
GTA 6 does not run on a PS4 through backward compatibility either. That works the other way around: a PS5 can play many PS4 games, but a PS4 cannot play PS5 games.
GTA V on PS4
If you only have a PS4, GTA V is still a good choice. It came out on PS4 in 2014, after the original PS3 release in 2013, and its cheats work in story mode. You entered them with a button combination or by dialling a number on the in-game phone.
