How phone cheats worked in GTA V
GTA V introduced a handy way to enter cheats: the in-game phone. Every cheat had its own phone number. You opened the phone, went to the keypad, dialled the number and the cheat turned on. It worked the same on every platform, so you did not have to remember long button combinations.
A phone in GTA 6
Phones play a big role in GTA 6. Rockstar's official footage shows Jason and Lucia using theirs, and according to reports the game has a social media app, the return of Snapmatic and even a health app. With a phone that central to the game, phone cheats would be an obvious fit. Rockstar has not confirmed them, though.
Where the numbers will appear
If GTA 6 has phone cheats, we will list the number for each cheat on our GTA 6 cheat codes page and on the page for that cheat, such as max health and armor or spawn vehicle.
