Is there a cheat for free properties in GTA 6?
No GTA 6 cheat codes have been released, so there is no cheat for free houses or businesses. GTA 6 comes out on Thursday 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar Games has not shared anything about cheats.
How property worked in GTA V
In GTA V story mode the three main characters each had their own home from the start. On top of that, you could buy businesses around the map with money from missions and heists, from a cinema to a taxi company. Some of them earned you money every week. No cheat gave you a property for free, and there was no money cheat to pay for them either.
Homes in GTA 6
Rockstar's official GTA 6 footage showed Jason and Lucia at home. Whether you can buy more homes or businesses in GTA 6 has not been explained yet.
Why a property cheat is unlikely
Property is one of the ways GTA shows your progress through the story. A cheat that hands out houses would skip that. Recent GTA cheats focus on fun effects, health, weapons and vehicles instead. If GTA 6 has a cheat like the GTA V vehicle spawns, you can at least fill your garage with free cars.
