What a spawn sports car cheat does
A spawn sports car cheat puts a fast, stylish car right in front of you. No searching parking lots, no stealing from a driver, no saving up in-game money: you enter the code and a high-performance car is ready to go.
Sports cars are at the heart of the Grand Theft Auto experience. Racing through the city, weaving through traffic and escaping the police all feel best in something quick and responsive.
How it worked in GTA V
Grand Theft Auto V had more than one sports car cheat. On PC, typing COMET into the cheat input box spawned the Pfister Comet, and typing RAPIDGT spawned the Dewbauchee Rapid GT. On consoles both were entered with button combinations, and on every platform they could also be triggered with a number on the in-game phone.
Having two options gave players a choice in style, and both cars were fast enough to make the city feel like a racetrack.
What we know about cheats in GTA 6
There is currently no official information about cheat codes in GTA 6. Rockstar Games has confirmed that the game will be released on Thursday 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but it has not said whether it includes cheats or which cars will be in the game.
The table at the top of this page shows "not yet known" for every platform. We never publish guessed codes. As soon as Rockstar Games releases them, we will add the right code here, and if there are several sports car cheats we will list each one clearly.
Why spawn a sports car?
Speed on demand
A fast car is the quickest way to cross a large map. Spawning one saves you the time of finding a good vehicle every time.
Better escapes
Outrunning the police is much easier in a car that accelerates quickly and handles well.
Racing and stunts
Whether you are setting your own challenges or practising jumps, a sports car gives you the speed and control to pull them off.
Tips for driving fast
- Brake before corners, not in them. Sports cars grip well, but braking mid-turn can still send you into a spin.
- Use wide roads for top speed. Highways let you open up without constant traffic.
- Watch out for bumps. Low cars can be unsettled by kerbs and uneven ground.
- Combine it with slow motion. In GTA V slow motion made near misses and jumps look spectacular.
Things to keep in mind
Achievements and trophies
In GTA V any cheat disabled achievements and trophies for the current play session. They came back after restarting or loading your save.
Story mode only
GTA V cheats could not be used in GTA Online. If GTA 6 has an online mode, we expect cheats to stay in single-player again, but this has not been confirmed.
Spawned cars may not stay
A spawned car behaves like any other vehicle in the world. If you want to keep a car, use the game's normal garage system.

That is not known yet. No GTA 6 cheat codes have been released. This page will be updated as soon as Rockstar Games makes them available.
Will the Comet or Rapid GT be in GTA 6?
We do not know. Rockstar Games has not published a full vehicle list. Our vehicle database will show confirmed vehicles as soon as they are known.
Does the GTA V code work in GTA 6?
Do not count on it. Each GTA game has used its own codes, so we will only list a GTA 6 code once it is official.
Which platforms will this page cover?
GTA 6 has been announced for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version has not been announced, but the switch above the table already includes PC so the page is ready if that changes.
