What a spawn stunt plane cheat does
A spawn stunt plane cheat gives you a small, agile aircraft built for aerobatics. Stunt planes are light and responsive, which makes them perfect for loops, rolls and flying low under bridges. With a single code, the sky becomes your playground.
Planes are usually harder to get hold of than cars in a Grand Theft Auto game. A spawn cheat skips that step and lets you take off whenever you like, as long as you have room to do so.
How it worked in GTA V
In Grand Theft Auto V, PC players typed BARNSTORM into the cheat input box to spawn a stunt plane. On consoles the cheat was entered with a button combination, and on every platform it could also be triggered with a number on the in-game phone.
The name refers to barnstorming, the old tradition of pilots performing daring tricks at low altitude. That fits the plane perfectly: it was made for showing off rather than for long journeys.
What we know about cheats in GTA 6
There is no official information about cheat codes in GTA 6 at the moment. Rockstar Games has confirmed that the game launches on Thursday 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but it has not said whether it includes cheats or which aircraft will be in the game.
That is why the table at the top of this page says "not yet known". We never guess codes. As soon as Rockstar Games releases them, we will add the right one for every platform.
Why a stunt plane is worth spawning
Aerobatics
Loops, barrel rolls and knife-edge passes are much easier in a light plane. It is a great way to practise flying skills.
Seeing the map from above
A low, slow flight over the city or the coast gives you a completely different view of the world.
Daring challenges
Flying under bridges, between buildings or close to the ground is a classic GTA challenge, and a nimble plane makes it possible.
Tips for flying
- Find enough space. A plane needs a clear stretch to take off. Spawning it in a narrow street will not get you far.
- Gain height first. Practise tricks high up, where a mistake gives you time to recover.
- Bring a parachute. In GTA V a parachute cheat was the perfect companion for any flight that might end badly.
- Land gently. Slow down and line up with a long, flat surface before touching down.
Things to keep in mind
Achievements and trophies
In GTA V any cheat disabled achievements and trophies for the current play session. They returned after restarting or loading your save.
Story mode only
GTA V cheats could not be used in GTA Online. If GTA 6 includes an online mode, we expect cheats to stay in single-player again, but this has not been confirmed.
Restricted airspace
In GTA games some areas, such as military zones, can trigger a strong response when you fly over them. Plan your route if you want a quiet flight.
